There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference –
Wednesday at 18:30 & Thursday at 10:40 and 14:10

 

All posters must be removed by Friday at 12:00, posters that are not collected will not be kept.

 

On-site you will find the necessary materials to place your poster, please use only the materials available on-site.

Personal board numbers will be sent to you closer to the conference.

Poster Presentations requirements

- The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (view sample image below).

- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author's names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.

- The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
