*After submitting your abstract, you will receive a registration discount code. The code will be sent a few days after your submission.
Registration includes :

🔹 meals and coffee breaks according to the conference program
🔹 Room check-in from 15:30pm | Room check-out until 11:00am
🔹 If you would like to extend your stay at the hotel or inquire about availability for different room occupancies, please email Tomer@kldltd.com.
🔹 Prices include VAT
🔹 The price refers to two nights – option to stay for 1 night only could be selected following selection of type of participant.

Institute Name – שם המוסד המממן (שם האוניברסיטה + שם הפקולטה / שם בית החולים)
Institute Number - מס' המזהה את החברה ברשם החברות. ניתן להשיג את המס' בהנהלת חשבונות של המוסד המממן.
Institute's accounting contact – שם איש הקשר אשר חברת ההפקה תוכל להתנהל מולו בנוגע לתשלום עבור הרישום שלך
Institute's accounting phone – מס' הטלפון של איש הקשר
Institute's billing address – כתובת המייל לשליחת החשבונית
There will be no refunds for cancellations of participation after September 1st, 2025.
